Shipping
We ship UPS/FED EX daily. Call by 2:00pm ET
to ensure same day shipping on in-stock items. Truck freight is an available option for larger shipments. All orders will
have shipping fees added UNLESS there is a special promotion going on at which time you will be informed. We do not charge
a handling fee.
Payment Terms
We DO
NOT carry open accounts. Orders MUST be paid for before they go out.
Orders may be made with VISA MC DISCOVER
CASH AND CHECKS ACCEPTED. Credit cards MAY NOT BE USED TO PURCHASE CHASSIS. CASH OR CHECK ONLY. Checks subject to verification
of funds.
Deposit due up front for Chassis Purchases
Deposit due
up front on repairs/maint. work with the balance due at pick up. Once completion notice is given you have 7 business days
to pick up your car. After that a $10 a day storage fee will apply. If you notify us up front you can not pick up within 7
days we will work with you.
Returned Checks
Any checks returned by our bank uncollected will result in a $35
return fee. The original amount of the check and the return fee will have to be paid by cash or certified funds before any
further orders will be sent. We reserve the right to pursue all legal means to collect for checks that are returned unpaid.
This can include claiming any legals fees incurred to collect on unpaid debt.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU PAY WITH A BAD CHECK ONCE YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE
TO PAY ON FUTURE ORDERS WITH A CHECK.
All prices sales tax will be added to orders shipping within GA. unless a valid resale exempt form is
provided. All counter sales will be subject to GA sales tax unless a valid resale tax exempt form is provided. No exceptions
will be made.
Special Orders
Certain special order items must be prepaid and are not returnable
unless it is defective at which time it will be exchanged only. In some cases these situations may have to be handled via
the actual product supplier. SPECIAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO PAYMENT DUE AT TIME OF ORDER.
Special orders that are returned
or cancelled are subject to a restocking fee of 10% weather it be a direct fee from Racers Depot or one carried over from
a charge to us from supplier for the cancelled/returned order.
Claims
If you receive a shipped package that shows visible damage, request that your
driver notes that damage upon delivery. Immediately contact us so we may begin the claim process and replace whatever items
have been lost or damaged. Any claims for shortages or errors in shipping must be made to us within two (2) days of receipt
of the order. All orders are covered via insurance up to the value of item purchased.
Returns
All returns subject to 10% restocking fee and in most cases can be exchanged for another item if it is a defect.
We
understand that returns may be necessary from time to time HOWEVER all request for returns may not be approved. Please
call for authorization before making any returns. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with no modifications
or alterations and include all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. If the item(s) being returned
needs to be repackaged, there will be a nominal repackaging charge. When returning merchandise, pack the item in a sturdy
box and include a copy of your invoice, along with any special instructions (exchange, refund, etc.) and a brief description
of the problem if the item is defective. There will be no returns accepted for electrical parts unless they are defective
& IN SOME CASES YOU MAY HAVE TO DEAL DIRECT WITH MANUFACTURER. Some returns may be refused. Every situation will be looked
at. The purchaser is resp. for return/exchange shipping fees.
Refused Shipments
All refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a freight chargeback, and further orders will be delayed until
freight charges are collected.
